Services

Voyager Travel acts as a travel agent on your behalf. Our role is to facilitate bookings with third-party travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers.

Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed when full payment or a required deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change until confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier. We will advise you of the applicable terms at the time of booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Voyager Travel can assist you in arranging appropriate cover.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian law. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, industrial action, or supplier insolvency.
